I am both a Realtorâ and a broadcast Golf Journalist. Every Saturday morning since 1994, I have hosted and produced a radio show about golf on Sports 1140, KHTK. It covers everything from local to national and even worldwide golf topics and personalities. I have had the privilege of covering major events, interviewing tour players, celebrities, course designers, sports psychologists, swing gurus, authors and more. I am quite proud of the fact that the show has won 5 awards as well as the Sacramento Bee selected me as one of the 25 most influential people in area golf.

It is a dual career that blends nicely as these days golf course development is all about the real estate. 

Prior to entering real estate I had a long career in advertising and marketing including stints as a corporate Marketing Manager/Director and even owned an advertising agency.

My motivation for entering real estate emanated from analyzing the investment potential of residential real estate and from being a landlord. My current home was once, “the worst house in the best neighborhood.” At the time of purchase, family and friends thought I was a bit crazy, but after an addition, remodeling and relandscaping, they now acknowledge my vision and subsequently numerous of those friends now use me as their realtor.

The aspects that I enjoy the most are meeting new people, analyzing properties for purchase or sale (the dollars & sense of it all), and viewing lots of properties.
